Pakistan fast bowler Sohail Tanvir who plays for Guyana Amazon warriors in Caribbean Premier League (CPL) was fined 15 percent of the match fee after his inappropriate gesture to Ben Cutting at the side’s home game against St. Kitts on Thursday.

Tanvir showed a double middle finger to give a send off to the Aussie batsman Cutting after picking his wicket. However, he accepted the sanction handed by match referee Denavon Hayles.

Cutting hit the 3rd delivery of the 17th over for a six. The Pakistani pacer bowled him bowled out in the next delivery. Tanvir ended with figures of 4-0-24-1 and restricted the Patriots to 146/5. Later, Guyana Amazon Warriors went on to win the match by six wickets.

Note: The left-arm pacer was the highest wicket-taker in the previous season. Guyana retained him in their side.
