Nepal defeated Netherland by 1 run in a close contest to draw the two-match ODI series 1-1 at Amstelveen on Friday.
Nepal won the toss and opted to bat first. Batting first, they were bowled out for 216 runs in 48.5 overs. Skipper Paras Khadka (51) and Sompal Kami (61) scored their respective half-centuries.
Fred Klassen picked 3 wickets while Micheal Rippon and Pieter Seeler shared two wickets each.
In reply, Netherlands who required 6 runs off one wicket lost the match by 1 runs. They were bowled out for 215 runs in the final over. Wesley Barresi was the top scorer with 71 runs.
Sandeep Lamichhane picked three wickets while Lalit Bhandari scalped two.
Sompal Kami was Man of the Match.
