Australia women on Friday registered 52 runs victory in their first Womens World T20I against Pakistan held at Guyana.
Australia scored 165/5 after top order fired. Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney both scored 48 runs each. Meg Lenning scored 41 runs.
Nashra Sandhu and Aliya Riaz scalped 2 wickets each.
In reply, Pakistan women could only manage 113/8. Bisma Maroof top scored with 26 runs. Omaima Sohail and Sana Mir scored 20 and 20* respectively.

Windies women starts strong against Bangladesh women
Windies women beat Bangladesh women by 60 runs in their first game of the tournament.
The hosts didn’t prove fruitful with the bat, scoring just 106/8 but later bowled out Bangladesh for just 46 runs in 14.4 overs.
Deandra Dottin scalped 5 wickets and won Player of the Match award. Shakira Selman also managed 2 wickets.
Earlier, skipper Stephanie Taylor hit 32 runs and wicket keeper batswoman Kycia Knight added 31 runs.
