The match was played at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka where Dhaka Dynamites won the toss and opted to bowl. They finally managed to score 101 runs in their allotted 20 overs.
All-rounder Shahid Afridi dented the middle order of Sylhet by striking 4 wickets for 12 runs, which was well supported by mystery spinner Sunil Narine who nailed the opponent Batsman with his variation. He too was not too far away from Afridi as he also picked 3 wickets for just 10 runs.
