Zimbabwe on Tuesday beat hosts Bangladesh by 151 runs in the first test held at Sylhet.

Zimbabwe posted 282 runs in first innings and then bowled out Bangladesh for just 169 runs.

Sean Williams top scored with 88 runs.

Zimbabwe were bowled out for 182 in second innings as the pitch started to turn and bounce.

Chasing a target of 321runs, Bangladesh were all out for 181 runs after resuming at 26/0 earlier on Tuesday.

Sikander Raza claimed 7 wickets while Taijul Islam got his first 10 wicket haul which came in a losing cause.

Note: Bangladesh played without their frontline seamer, Mustrafiur Rahman.
