Kings XI Punjab has appointed Ryan Harris as their bowling for the next season. The 39-year-old replaces Venkatesh Prasad who resigned from his post.

The Punjab based franchise has also roped in Craig McMillan (NZ) as their fielding coach. Earlier, Former New Zealand coach Mike Hesson was appointed the head coach of the North-East side.

In a statement to the KXIP website, he said, “Having quality coaches like Harris and McMillan will be a great asset to the team. They have both performed as players on the big stage and have made the transition into quality coaches. They will be excellent additions to the coaching team.”

Among other inclusions, Brett Haropp is the new team physio while Sridharan Sriram and Prasanna Raman as batting and high-performance coach.

KXIP ended 7th in the previous season. They have the highest amount left in their bag after releasing players like Yuvraj Singh and Aaron Finch.
