The condition in Lord’s would be a bit better for the batting compares to Birmingham. At present, the Temperature in Lord’s is 30 to 31 which is very hot. However, according to the weather report, Temperature will come down to around 22 on match day on Thursday. Rain is also expected to play its part in the match. India might win at Lord’s
As we told earlier, India enjoys a good record at Lord’s. The visitor has won many matches at Lord’s under the captaincy of many great captains Kapil Dev, Sourav Ganguli, MS Dhoni. Virat Kohli also has a chance to enter his name in that elite list of captains. Even though India is going through some tough phase due to their batting failure. But still, the no 1 side has the capability to bounce back at Lord’s. India can take inspiration from the past glories on the most beautiful cricket ground in the world to win the 2nd Test Match.
India expected to make most probably, one change. India might drop All-Rounder Hardik Pandya and include Cheteshwar Pujara to strengthen their batting.
England will make one forced change of replacing All-Rounder Ben Stokes with another All-Rounder Chris Woakes. The Young Ollie Pope is likely to make his debut in place of Dawid Malan.
